BeamLeaks provides a platform for users to browse, download, and share modifications ("Mods") for the game BeamNG.drive. The Service is provided "as is" and we are not affiliated with BeamNG GmbH.

4. User-Generated Content (Mods)

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant BeamLeaks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Service.

We do not pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any User Content that, in our judgment, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mods downloaded from this site are used at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your game, computer, or data.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall BeamLeaks, its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
